Sometimes you may see a screen like the below indicating that you are archived from an older organistion that you used to be a part of, but may need to access a new organisation you recently joined.
To join a new organisation from an old one use the following steps:
Press the top left hamburger menu
2. Press on your name to access your profile
3. Press the cog in the top right corner to access "settings"
4. Select the "Switch organisation" option
5. Enter the org id for your new organisation, this will be the set of characters used in the organisation's unique URL, e.g. m.learn.ink/your-org-id
