After you send your training URL to your user, they will go through the following steps to access the training:
enter their phone number
enter an access code sent them automatically via SMS
enter their first name and last name
enter their country and region
enter their sex and age bracket
That's it! After that users are permanently signed in on their device unless they sign out, so they will not need to login again
