The Resources feature acts like a library of easily accessible content. Here you can add videos, images, pdfs and audio files to share with your learners.

Step 1: Navigate to the Resources page

On the left hand side press on the Create menu to open the dropdown list and then press on Resources

Step 2: Press on the Add resource button

Next press on the green Add resource button at the top right of the page

Step 3: Enter information about your resource

You'll see a form where you'll be prompted to enter the following:

  • Title: Keep your title short and to the point (e.g. "Inputs pricing list")

  • Description: Add further information in your description (e.g. "This document contains a full list of our farm inputs and prices")

  • URL: You will need to add a link to your content. This can be a Google Drive link, a YouTube link, a website or any other type of link

  • User groups: Select which user groups you'd like to be able to access this piece of content. The default setting is "Registered" which means all registered users will be able to access the content

  • Image: You can add an optional thumbnail image to illustrate your resource

Once you've completed the form press on the Add new resource button

You will now see your resource listed in the Resources page.

Step 4: View your resources page in the app

Press on the Open app button on the left hand side of the screen

Press on the Start Learning button

Then press on the menu button in the top left corner of the screen

Then select Resources

You should see the Resource you created listed on the Resources page.

If you can't see the Resource listed there then it may be because you assigned it to a User group that you are not a member of. You can learn more about how to create and manage user groups in the User groups docs.
