To create a course review sheet first find the course you want to share, then press the 3 dots on the card in the upper right as shown below. Then press "Download"

Note: you can also access this option within the course editor by pressing the cog icon to access Course settings > More Options > Download course

The downloaded file will be in raw .csv format. It will look like the below when you open the file.

Note: if you don't see the emoji's rendered properly in the programme you open the .csv in then open the file in your google drive and select "open with GoogleSheets" as seen above.

To convert this into a more readable format, open the following google sheet

When you open the sheet, make a copy of it in your own google drive by selecting File > Make a copy, as seen below.

Once you have made a copy, then select cell A2 in the copied sheet (as seen below)

And paste in the contents of the .csv downlaod. It should look something like the below

In order to format the images nicely, you should press the green "Format course" button seen on the top at the right.

Note: this action might require you to retry it a few times, and will require authorisation. If you see a message saying "Google hasn't verified this app" then press "the "Advanced" option and then "Go to LearninkFormatter" as seen below

Once you give the script authorisation to run you can then press the "Format course" button again, and it should start running. After execution you will likely have to "Allow access" for the sheet to show data from external parties (as see in the yellow band below)

Once you accept this you'll be able to see the images rendered properly, as seen below

You can now share this review sheet with your colleagues who can share feedback which you can easily incorporate into your course.
